About me
An unstoppable energy and passion for movement have driven me since birth. When something captivates me, I give it everything – and maybe a little more.
My journey began in rhythmic gymnastics, which I pursued for an incredible 19 years, including the junior and senior national teams. The sport gave me not only discipline but a solid foundation for my current profession – acrobatics on the ground and, above all, in the air. I had the honour of being part of the Losers Cirque Company and AirGym Art Company ensembles, through which I discovered the world of theatre and collaborated with many prestigious stages. Today you can see me on the stages of the National Theatre, Divadlo Bravo, Divadlo Hybernia and Nová Spirála. With my acrobatic partner I'm developing the unconventional discipline Aerial Cyrwheel, which is opening doors for us both at home and abroad. I keep seeking new challenges, pushing the limits of my art, and look forward to where this path will take me.

Workshops & lessons
Besides performing, I lead aerial silks workshops and lessons – individually and in groups, from absolute beginners to advanced.
I take an individual approach with everyone. I teach clean technique, strength, and flexibility, and above all safety – we only go up high once there's a solid hold. The goal is the joy of moving in the air and a figure you'll be proud of.
I adapt the pace and content of the lesson to each person – a beginner needs something different from an advanced student.
We learn playfully and with respect for the body, so you leave energised and with a smile.
We train over mats with spotting. Safety and correct technique come first.

Correct grips, wraps, and body positioning – the foundation everything else is built on.
Targeted strengthening and stretching so the body can handle what we ask of it up high.
